Hi, my name is Tom Payne and I am a research fanatic, in addition to being a developer, technical evangelist and Agile enthusiast. I put this site together relatively quickly as a means to an end. I found myself researching so many technologies and sites that I would begin melding them all together. Rather than getting any more frustrated than I was, I decided to collect information in a blog that I could refer to myself, while also exposing it to the general community.
My interests are varied, and my skill set is a unique combination of sales, marketing, software development, analysis and psychology. I majored in psychological statistics in college (pre-SPSS) and thought that “someday” I would be able to apply that knowledge somewhere…I only had to wait 25 years for the web to catch up.
I work for a fortune 300 company on a team responsible for deploying an enterprise CRM system.
